The villa is situated in the peaceful gated community of Sunset Lakes to the western side of Kissimmee Florida, and backs onto a private lake providing stunning sunset and lake views. It is less than 5 minutes drive from Disney's main welcome gates that lead on to all the famous Disney parks. Other nearby attractions include Sea World and Universal Studios.   

Just a couple of minutes drive will take you to highway 192 - Kissimmee's famous shopping strip. Here you will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment.

To try and ensure your Disney vacations are luxurious and enjoyable, Honey Pot Villa is equipped to the highest standard with full air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. The large lanai area by the screened private pool includes a covered section with a ceiling fan, to provide an escape from the heat of the Florida sun....sit out and enjoy the stunning views over the lake and the Florida sunset after a long day at the theme parks.
