From here, Sea World is just 15 minutes away and Universal Studios can be reached in 20 minutes. There is a large public supermarket and restaurants five minutes drive away in the Champions Gate complex.

As you will see from the photographs, our villa has a beautiful aspect and is not overlooked which means that you can not only enjoy the view but also relax in the swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. The swimming pool looks out onto a conservation area which has an abundance of wildlife.

In addition to the pool, which has child protection fencing, there is a covered shaded area with patio furniture, a matching table and sun loungers. The pool area is fully screened and the pool can be heated if required and has underwater illumination.

Our villa has been designed, furnished and equipped for our own holidays and we have added our personal touch to the fittings and equipment which we believe makes our house special and sets it apart from other vacation homes.

Our villa is fully air conditioned (which can be alternated to warm air heating if required).

The villa has five televisions all connected to cable, one in the lounge and one in each of the bedrooms. We have also installed a Playstation 2 for your additional enjoyment. There is also a DVD/Video player in the lounge and a cd/radio.

* Fully fitted kitchen, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, huge American style fridge freezer, all utensils, four slice pop-up toaster, kettle and full range of glassware, plates, bowls and other crockery and cutlery in abundance; washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

* In the family room/lounge in addition to the television and DVD/video, there are two settees one of them also being a sofa bed, a coffee table and two patio doors leading out onto the pool deck. The kitchen and dining area lead off the family room/lounge. The Dining area contains stylish black wrought iron and glass table with six chairs.

* Master bedroom which has a large double bed, extensive walk-in wardrobe/closet, cabinets, television and an attractive en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower, shaving point and its own pool entrance.

* Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, wardrobe, cabinets television and lovely views from two windows to the pool and beyond.

* Bedroom 3 – two single beds, television and Playstation 2, themed with two single beds, wardrobe and cabinets.

* Bedroom 4 – a lovely Themed Disney room with two single beds, wardrobe and cabinets and a unique Disney television complete with Mickey Ears!

* Family bathroom with shower, bath (tub) and bright accessories, and shaving point.
